Scour Protection System
Moheshkhali Floating LNG Terminal, Bangladesh, 2025

Design, manufacture and offshore installation support of ballasted fronded scour mattresses and rock filter scour protection systems for the Moheshkhali Floating LNG Terminal subsea pipelines and suction piles in Bangladesh.

Scope of Services

Commissioned by McDermott, we successfully provided offshore grouting services for structural pile leg and sleeve installations in full compliance with ONGC standards, leveraging our local Indian supply chain and workforce, seamlessly backed by our global project delivery team.

Vault Subsea’s fronded scour mattress systems were engineered to reduce near-bed current velocities, encourage natural sediment build-up and provide long-term seabed stabilisation along high-risk sections of the MLNG subsea pipeline.
