Delivering offshore jacket grouting services for jacket installations as part of the Vietnam Block B Gas Development Project. Vault Subsea mobilised offshore grouting systems, materials and personnel within an accelerated project timeframe to support critical installation activities offshore Vietnam.

Summary of works

Vault Subsea supported McDermott on the Block B Development Project in Vietnam, delivering offshore jacket grouting services for the Central Production Platform and Living Quarters Platform installation campaign. The works formed a critical component of the offshore structural installation sequence.

Following short project notice periods, our engineering and offshore teams rapidly overhauled and configured grouting systems to meet project-specific operational requirements.

Offshore cement storage, pumping systems and personnel were mobilised within an accelerated schedule to maintain the overall installation programme.

Despite adverse offshore weather conditions, the offshore team successfully completed grouting operations across 12 jacket legs within an eight-day execution window.
