Delivering bespoke pre-cast concrete support structures for offshore pipeline stabilisation and protection works in Angola. Vault Subsea combined engineering, local production capability and offshore logistics support to provide a tailored subsea infrastructure solution for the Begonia Project.
Summary of works
Vault Subsea supported the Begonia Project through the design, manufacture and delivery of bespoke pre-cast concrete support structures tailored to offshore installation requirements. The project required engineering solutions capable of supporting subsea infrastructure under challenging offshore conditions.
Working closely with project stakeholders, our engineering team developed support configurations designed specifically for the installation geometry and seabed conditions associated with the development. Local production capability within Angola helped improve schedule efficiency and reduce international logistics complexity.
The project demonstrated Vault’s ability to integrate engineering, fabrication coordination and offshore delivery support into a streamlined project execution model capable of adapting to regional supply chain and operational requirements.
Local manufacturing and responsive engineering support helped streamline delivery and reduce offshore schedule risk.
