Vault Subsea presents at ICPC Plenary in Athens
Vault Subsea was pleased to attend this year’s ICPC Plenary in Athens, hosted by the International Cable Protection Committee (ICPC).
The event brought together industry leaders and specialists from across the global subsea cable sector to discuss current challenges, emerging risks, and best practices in cable protection and offshore response capability.
During the plenary, Kevin May presented Vault Subsea’s experience responding to subsea cable damage in challenging offshore environments, including insights and operational lessons learned from a recent reconnaissance and recovery project.
The discussions throughout the event reinforced the growing importance of rapid response capability, collaboration, and technical expertise across the subsea cable industry.
Events such as the ICPC Plenary continue to highlight the strong collaboration and shared commitment that exists within the global subsea cable community.
A big thank you!
Vault Subsea would like to thank the organisers, as well as Alcatel Submarine Networks Marine for hosting the drinks reception and Vodafone for the excellent Gala Dinner, both of which provided valuable opportunities to connect with industry peers and strengthen relationships across the sector.
