PR & Communications Manager / Malta (Hybrid)
We are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead Vault Subsea’s external communications and industry positioning. This role will be responsible for shaping how we are perceived across the offshore, subsea, and energy sectors — building credibility, visibility, and trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
You will work closely with leadership to define and communicate our narrative, secure media coverage, and position Vault Subsea as a recognised voice in the industry.
Candidates should have at least 4–8 years’ experience in PR, communications, or journalism, with strong writing skills, proven media engagement experience, and the ability to manage communications in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Subsea Design Engineer / London or Singapore
We are seeking a Subsea Design Engineer to support the development of our subsea products and systems. This role focuses on the design and engineering of structures and equipment used in offshore environments, with a strong emphasis on durability, practicality, and manufacturability.
You will be responsible for producing detailed designs using AutoCAD and related tools, working with both steel and concrete structures. The role requires close collaboration with operations and project teams to ensure designs are aligned with real-world deployment and installation requirements.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who is comfortable taking designs from concept through to production and implementation.
Candidates should have relevant engineering qualifications and experience in designing structures or products using steel and/or concrete, with proficiency in AutoCAD and a practical understanding of offshore or heavy industry environments.

Maintenance Manager / Indonesia
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and readiness of Vault Subsea's equipment and assets from our Batam Supply Base. This role is responsible for ensuring our electrical and mechanical systems are maintained to the highest standards, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient operations across both onshore and offshore projects.
You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage equipment mobilisation and readiness, and lead a team of maintenance personnel and specialist subcontractors. Working closely with project, engineering, logistics, and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment is available, compliant, and ready to support project delivery.
Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 5–7 years' experience in maintenance engineering, including 3 years in a management role. Experience in the marine, offshore, oil & gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors is preferred. Applicants should have strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage maintenance planning, budgets, contractors, and safety compliance.
